| What a stone looks like This lot of shopping is weighs a stone. I have lost two stone so far since Christmas and need to up the ante. Maybe having this picture will remind me of what a stone looks like. There are now 22 weeks to Christmas. If one looses a stone a week that is 21 lbs a stone half.. I hop I can do it. What motivators do you you loose weight? |
