12 week plan

I am going to save my life in the next 12 weeks. I have seen my family history of stroke and diabetes and I am now determined to ensure that I break the cycle.
A) less work more sleep
B) choosing how I react to the tresses in my life
C) Neuro muscular massages to reset all the tensions my poor abused body
D) organic food
E) a ten day detox
F)going to the gym
H) menu planning
I) planning my life in general..

I read somewhere that 12 weeks is all it takes to make something a habit.. So here goes..
